Doctor I First Aid
Available on site everyday between 11:00 - 12:00 Examination by the doctor is subject to payment. In an emergency, the doctor can be contacted via reception 24 hours (Tel: 9). There is also a nurse on duty, 24 hours, on site.
Dress Code
No swimming costumes in the restaurants and around buffets.
Electricity
The Power supply is 220 volts. All the plugs in the rooms are equipped with children security.

Evening Activities
Evening activities starts at 21:30 every night in the Amphi Theatre.
Fitness Centre
It is open between 07:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 19:00 in our Spa center. Not allowed under 16 years.Upon your request, individual training programmes can be organised by our professional trainer at a charge.
Gifts with Hotel Brand
Blue Waters branded gift products are available at reception.
Greeting Cards
Greeting cards are available at the mini markets located in the club and hotel side.

The hairdresser is in the hotel section along the shops.

There is a hairdryer in all bathrooms. It will automatically turnoff when overheated.
Indoor Swimming Pool
The indoor swimming pool is located in our Spa Center. Open between 08:00 and 20:00. This pool is heated throughout the winter season.
Keys
Must be returned to reception upon leaving the hotel. 20.-EURO will be charged to your account for broken or lost key.

Laundry forms are available in the rooms.

Lunchbox

Restaurants Main Restaurant
Buffet style breakfast, Late breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at the main restaurant.
The Serving times are; Breakfast is between 07:00 - 10:00, Late breakfast is between 10:00 - 11:00 Lunch is between 12:30 - 14:30 and dinner is between 18:30 - 21:00.
Blue Beach Bar
There is an additional snack buffet at the blue beach bar. Service from 12:00 to 15:00.
Speciality Restaurants
There are 3 speciality restaurants on site, you can try "Kuyu" for Turkish Cuisine, "Heuriger" for Austrian Cuisine and Fish A”la Carte (extra charge). The bookings must be made in advance at the guest relations off ice. Service between 19:00 - 21:00.
Kids Menu
Serving lunch and evening meals specially cooked for children between 12:00 - 12:30 and 17 :00 - 17:30 everyday.This service is only provided during summer season.
Note: No food and drinks are allowed outside the restaurants

There is a running track in our prem ises.
Room Service
The room service is between 02:00 and 07:00. Menu is available in the room s.
Safe
There is a safe in every room, Please leave the safe empty and open upon your leave. The Management can not be held responsible for valuables not deposited the safe boxes.
Shopping
Jewellery shop, leather shop, a boutique, mini market, a photographer and a silver shop are located in the Club section and in the Hotel.
Smoking
Due to Law consuming tobacco products is not permitted in the closed areas and rooms of this Hotel. Administrative fine is issued for consumers and those who allows consuming, pursuant to Law Nr. 4207.
Spa Centre
It provides services such as Sauna, Turkish bath, Steam Room, Massage and Skin Treatments open from 08:00 to 20:00. For more information, please contact Spa Centre (Tel: 777).
Special Days
Please order for birthday or wedding day a cake one day before at the Guest Relation Desk.
Sport Equipments
A deposit is required for mini golf sticks, table tennis, snooker and other equipment at the reception and Guest Relations office.

Please return the cards on check-out. Otherwise, 20.-EURO will automatically be added to your account.

Water Sports
Actvities are offered at the beach by private persons and are subject to charg es. The Blue Waters Club is not responsible for all sports activities.

For your own security make sure the room window and the balcony door are locked when absent.
